Remove xubuntu-website as the driver of "dirs"

Hello,

the dirs/marathon-rs project [1] never came to be. The Xubuntu website team [2] is set as the driver, but the project isn't actually driven. Please remove the team from the driver field.

Okay, I've removed the xubuntu team from the drivers for the marathon-rs project.
