"400 bad request" Question cannot be submitted

I tried to ask a question about ffmpeg package at "https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ffmpeg". On hitting the "Post question" button, the browser said "400 Bad Request Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand." How to overcome this?

Browser: Google Chrome
OS: Ubuntu 14.04
