Remove armhf builds for 2 PPAs

Hi,

Could you remove armhf builds for ppa:saiarcot895/flightgear (https://launchpad.net/~saiarcot895/+archive/ubuntu/flightgear) and ppa:saiarcot895/flightgear-prerel (https://launchpad.net/~saiarcot895/+archive/ubuntu/flightgear-prerel)? The software makes direct OpenGL calls and doesn't support OpenGL ES, so trying to compile it on Ubuntu armhf is not possible for now.
