Please add armhf support to Kubuntu Next and Kubuntu Next proposed PPA's

It would be awesome if someone could add armhf support for https://launchpad.net/~kubuntu-ppa/+archive/ubuntu/next and https://launchpad.net/~kubuntu-ppa/+archive/ubuntu/next-staging

There are some folks in the community who are interested in trying out Plasma 5 on ARM boards and provide feedback on the packages, so it would be cool if we could provide them with armhf packages.

We promise not to abuse the ARM builders.
