Wireshark svn import failed and deprecated

Wireshark svn import has failed with an assertion error for more than a year and Wireshark has since moved to Git at https://code.wireshark.org/review/wireshark

I suggest reimporting from Git or at least throw out the deprecated import.

lp:wireshark is now the Git import at https://code.launchpad.net/~vcs-imports/wireshark/master.
