*2nd Time* Following account is spamming subscribers of and mis-leading multiple bug reporters simultaneously https://launchpad.net/~dtl131
This is an unfortunate continuation of previous spamming and vandalization behavior of Daniel Letzeisen (former alias Dave Lentz) https:/
Daniel has knowingly been spreading incorrect information on how Lucid Desktop is still supported, which is clearly not the case as per https:/
https:/
https:/
However, he keeps marking the following bug reports duplicates of https:/

which is spamming their subscribers with the message:
*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 1327300 ***

** This bug has been marked a duplicate of bug 1327300
Regression in commit 8e4e453d548e3c2
This is despite them all already being fully and well documented to the original reporter, and the "Me too!" commenters they are using an EoL platform. This is grossly misleading the Ubuntu Community members using Lucid Desktop that they are still supported, which they are not. This is a dangerous situation these folks are in as they are not receiving security updates for their platform. However, Daniel has advised that despite these facts, he doesn't really care about this as per his recent post noted in https:/
As well, intentionally spreading mis-information, despite being explicitly educated to the contrary, and then actively advising he is aware and disregards it anyways, is a clear-cut violation of the Ubuntu Code of Conduct, which he signed. He is not being considerate of or being respectful with the Ubuntu Community.
He is in knowing and flagrant violation of his memberships of both Ubuntu Bug Control and Ubuntu Bug Squad, and the Ubuntu Kernel Team precedence on EoL matters.
Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter and I look forward to this being dealt with.
