Remove some unused projects from Launchpad

Hello,

Could you please remove these unused projects:
https://launchpad.net/openerp-addons-russia
https://launchpad.net/openerp-server-russia
https://launchpad.net/openerp-web-russia

Nobody doesn't work with it anymore. It was a mistake workflow to create it.
