Enable arm on two PPAs

Please could you enable building for armhf for the following two PPAs?

p12/misc
awn-testing/ppa

The first one currently contains no arch-dependent packages, but it will in the future. The packages will be updated rarely -- once per month or so.

The second one contains three packages that are updated less that one time per week. Build time is less than 10 minutes for each of them.

I've enabled armhf builds for both of those PPAs.
