Rename the team approved locoteams to verified locoteams

Hi I've changed the display name on https://launchpad.net/~locoteams-approved to Verified LoCo Teams,

Can you please change the team name to Verified LoCo Teams and add an alias to the old name, http://lococouncil.ubuntu.com/2013/08/25/new-local-communities-healthcheck/ is the reason why we need this change.

Hi we've notified the developers who use the LTP and they've made the changes on their end to use locoteams-verified instead of locoteams-approved can you please do the rename now. thank you!
