Request lock down of LP#1172908

Hello. I'm am contacting you to inquire about locking down bug report:

from anyone toggling the status from Invalid further, unless a member of Ubuntu Bug Control or higher permission set.

This is requested as the original reporter is no longer running Ubuntu anymore. Hence, as per Ubuntu Kernel Team, Ubuntu Bug Control Team, and Ubuntu Bug Squad policy, this report is considered closed. Documentation to this:

I don't like heavy handed manuevering, and wouldn't ask for it lightly, especially if this could be resolved in another way, but all this report is doing is clogging up people's inboxes with "Me too!" and other such spam comments that is counter productive to progress, and wasting time.
