status of debbugs isn't always retrieved correctly

An example is LP#1204697 (https://bugs.launchpad.net/qemu/+bug/1204697) which is linked to debbugs #717724. The latter is marked as "unreproducible", but LP translates it to "confirmed" which is exactly the opposite.

The status of Confirmed is set by the bug import being marked as forwarded upstream -- which it is, to the exact Launchpad bug you're asking about. We don't check other tags, such as unreproducible or moreinfo.
