disabling bugs/blueprints/questions without deleting content

Firstly, launchpad has served us well over the years, thank you!

We're in the process of setting up a unified tracker elsewhere, and would like to disable new bugs, blueprints and questions being reported in launchpad.

Is it possible to disable the above services in LP, without deleting the current content?

If you go the configuration page for each service you can say that they're managed elsewhere. That won't delete the content, but it will hide the listings, so you'll need to know the bug URLs to see them.

There's at present no way to disable creation of new bugs, blueprints or questions without also hiding the listings.
