Please remove dependencies for cinder/db-archiving BP

Hi!

I'm encountering bug 1087225 while trying to remove both BP dependencies for https://blueprints.launchpad.net/cinder/+spec/db-archiving. I was wondering if you could manually remove them in the DB so that we work around the bug while you work on it...

and
https://blueprints.launchpad.net/cinder/+spec/db-unique-keys
