my bug won't open (the link)

I can't seem to open the link above. It says:

Timeout error
Sorry, something just went wrong in Launchpad.

We’ve recorded what happened, and we’ll fix it as soon as possible. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Trying again in a couple of minutes might work.

But I can't open it for a week now.
This link is about a problem I have concerning downloading and updating/upgrading.

We've made a number of performance improvements since this was reported and I'm currently able to open the URL without issue, so I'm going to mark this as answered - if you're still having issues though then do please re-open it. Thanks
