Request: Rename of OSN to OSSN

We currently use https://launchpad.net/osn for OpenStack Security Notes, we should be using OSSN, which would allow us to align with the already existing, OSSA, OpenStack Security Announcements.

Please can you change our url to https://launchpad.net/ossn which appears to be free at the moment.
