Why is an import from CVS taking days?

The CVS import for the trunk of project wxLua has been running since the 15th, and no status update or branch has yet appeared.

This is partly due to the way the current import system talks to launchpad, and partly because I haven't set it to Failed.

As requested on #launchpad I'm trying the import again. It is currently queued for processing.

The first attempt stopped part way through with a failure to get a remote lock.
