Please merge user ~dan-bigw into ~dcbw

User dan-bigw (Dan Williams) normally uses the nick dcbw; the currently deactivated/never activated account ~dcbw should be used as the target for merging in account ~dan-bigw.

I did just try to merge them and it appeared to be successful, and it sent a mail to my RH address about it. However, I'm (at the moment) unable to access my RH mail so I can't complete that merge until that issue gets sorted out.
