Translating Chromium to Oriya

I am trying to translate Chromium to Oriya.

This link says that: "There is no team to manage Chromium Browser translations to Oriya. To set one up, please get in touch with Launchpad Translations Coordinators."

Then how someone named "Fabien Tassin" Translated 2 strings to Oriya ? Then what is the procedure to translate remaining strings ?

I am a beginner to launchpad. I am unable to find a "Translate" button beside the untranslated Strings.

English: Chromium Web Browser
Current Oriya: (no translation yet)

you have to edit the description in the Launchpad page.
Hopefully, this link will make it:

In case, in your team page, in the right corner you should see a small-yellow-edit-button. Just click on it.
