Please create a project group my BeLin project

I working since 2008 in hungary a nonprofit organization and developing an Ubuntu based a11y purpose distribution for hungarian visual impaired users. The distribution provide default enabled screen reader support for visual impaired users, and containing various special applications, tutorial books, etc.
In 2010 of year I created the BeLin distribution project page, link is following:

Because the distribution containg some special purpose applications and packages, I would like request a project group, to I future managing one place the development related works (application translations, bugs, etc).
An example application is the Orca Teacher application, this project single project page link is following:

An another example application is an Audiobook Converter application. This application I not created yet a project page, but both two applications are translatable and translated more non english languages. Both two applications are awailable with Vinux english language distribution too.
Oldest time I managed manual the awailable non english language translations, but because the Vinux distribution is a large distribution, I would like prowide possibility future to translators translating easyest my applications UI interface strings with a non english or non hungarian language. So, when a translator want translating with Orca Teacher application and the new project group are existing, good with following translations related link the Orca Teacher application:

You must maintainer 2 or more projects to have a project group. I only see orca-teacher. Once you have registered another project, we can register the project group.

Curtis, many thanks your answer. I understand why you wrote this.
I created yesterday the BeLin Developers team, and set the main project
maintainer the team. Prewious in 2010 possible I missunderstand little
the create a project purpose. When I oldest time in 2010 created the
main BeLin distribution project, I not known not possible associate
future with the single application developments without project group
the main BeLin project.
So, the main BeLin project purpose when I created a virtual project,
with joining the single different applications related development works
(managing applications related translations, bug reports, etc) with one
place.

Not matter if I need creating other project, because I would like
migrating my Audiobook Converter application development related works
with Launchpad too (translations, etc).
I created now the Audiobook Converter application related project page,
link is following:

I not finished the configuration related works this new project (setting
branch, bug tracker, etc), because I would like waiting possible
creating a BeLin main project group or not.

Curtis, I forgot to write:
If possible creating the requested project group and not possible
creating group name with belin or BeLin name, not matter if need
deleting the 2010 year created virtual purpose belin project.
So, future now will be have the project group with following projects:
1. Orca Teacher application: http://launchpad.net/orca-teacher
2. Audiobook Converter application: http://launchpad.net/audiobook-converter

I renamed the old project to
    https://launchpad.net/belin-old
Then registered a new project group:
    https://launchpad.net/belin

You can add your project to a project group using the "Change details" link shown on your project's front page. Enter the project groups launchpad-Id (belin) in the "Part of" field, the Save your changes.
