My email is outdated and I forget my password, how I redefine it and change my email account details?

Dear Sirs,
My name is Wanderson and my user in launchpad is ribeirws, however I forgot my password and I can't redefine it because I join in Launchpad using the email <email address hidden> and this provider was discontinued.
Please, if possible, I ask for the Administrador of the Lauchpad service if is possible change the email, using the alternate email <email address hidden> for I receive the instrucions with details and code to change my password.
Alternatively, you can send the code to change my password to my cell: +55.27.8812-5503

hi in order to make this change, can you give me an example of what you used the launchpad account for and when you set up the account?

Launchpad has no record of the address you mention. Launchpad does not manage passwords either. Login and identity is provided by Ubuntu SSO. You can ask a question to https://answers.launchpad.net/canonical-identity-provider you need a password reset for another identity
