Timeout errors

In trying to translate the Webtrees language file, I am confronted with a lot of timeout errors. Teh search function does not work because of this, which is a nuisance as I cannot locate what I am looking for.
Please repair the search function, as it is quite helpful, instead of going through the complete list oftranslated item to find ONE!

The timeout is caused by a known bug. We hope to fix it in the next 6 months.

Please, could someone take a look into this? The timeout error occurs so frequently, even without searching, only trying to save my translations. The last 5 minutes, I got it about 8 times... This is not fun.
