Enable ARM builds for PPA

Hi!

I would like to have ARM builds enabled to the following PPA please:

https://launchpad.net/~sebikul/+archive/gambas-daily

Compiling over QEMU or directly on an ARM device takes hours and is not proven viable for debugging and testing.
