Could you please help me get these two *huge* branches imported?
I got an email from one of your team members because I clicked on "retry" too often today (but I need to trigger the retry all the time until it has all revision info read because it loses connection every 30 minutes) and he told me I should file a bug instead.
this one would probably take several years to import without manual help:
https:/
and this is the other one:
https:/
(I believe the second one (fpc26x) is already almost complete, its already producing "partial result" every time it happens to run on "pear" or on "galapagos" on those two machines all revision info seems to be in the cache already (because I forced it to retry and continue dozens of times) and now it has all revision info and starts importing, but only 500 at a time, but at least it does not need manual retry anymore in this stage)
**Edit**: the fpc26x branch has now succeedeed but the lazarus10x is currently suspended because of errors every 30 minutes, so I need help with only this one branch. Although I believe it would be posible to also just click on "retry" every 30 minutes for a few days would solve it like it did for the other branch I fear that the some Launchpad admins would not like it.
Maybe you could run the job once on a more powerful machine or temporarily (until it is up to date) bind the job to always run on the "galapagos" machine which (judging from the speed of the imports running on it) seems to be 10 times as fast as all others combined and the only one that seems to have enough resources to handle such extremely huge repositories without provoking timeouts.
