Launchpad Search: Returns incomplete results on partial search term

Does not find me !

Whereas this does:
https://launchpad.net/people/?name=richard+weideman&searchfor=all

Am I using it incorrectly or is it dodgy ?

Richard,

I received the same information trying to search for Jonathan and for Jonathan Jesse. Could you please file a bug against Launchpad in regards to this support issue?
