Loco Team Owned by NO-Ubuntero

Hello

The Ubuntu LoCo Team Costa Rica is owned by a no-Ubuntero and no-email contact person, I think this guy is inactive and I'll like to have the ownership of this team temporally until I can find a Costa Rican person that want to run the Team with the Ubuntu spirit.

Please help me to contact this person or change the ownership of the team ~ubuntu-cr to me.
