Unable to merge account 'ice' due to error

It tells me the following when I attempt to merge my account 'keegan' with the imported account 'ice':

Error ID: OOPS-2fa48fb6a4df83567705daaab3d8a351

Any assistance with getting this old account merged would be appreciated. (I am the same Keegan Quinn who worked on libshout once upon a time, and it would be nice to have credit for it.)

Re-activated old account at: https://launchpad.net/~ice/+reviewaccount, and merged ~ice -> ~keegan.

At https://launchpad.net/~keegan/+editemails, it now shows the option to [Confirm]:
