Blueprints system needs improvement?

I noticed that Ubuntu's blueprints need cleanup. But people say that this is hard to do due to Launchpad's design. So what we are going to do?

Hi, thanks for bringing this up, however the work of cleaning them up is, obviously, an Ubuntu community matter. We're open to suggestions for how we can make that process easier. However in all likelihood, we might not be able to do much feature work to help make that process easier but we'd certainly help people in the Ubuntu community make those changes to LP if they were possible.
