Translations for Wordpress 2.3

The current WordPress vesrion that is translatable is 2.1 (https://translations.launchpad.net/wordpress/). I want to do Telugu translations for version 2.3. How?

Go to wordpress.org and ask there. We do not manage WordPress translations, and we will be likely removing WordPress from LP since they are completely unmaintained and do not respond to our questions.
