VLC Trac bugs all go to unknown state

All bugs forwarded to the VLC Trac-based bug tracker at https://trac.videolan.org/vlc are in Unknown state. It used to work.

This is due to bug 943261; I suspect that something on the Trac end is the root cause of the problem, but can't be sure at this stage.
