How can I read about bug #928793

I recently reported bug #976465, and it was automatically linked to bug #928793. I was asked to read about that bug, but I cannot find it.

Please tell me how to find it, or if it is hidden, please answer with a relevant and publishable description of that bug, so that I can test, if 'my bug' is really the same one!

It's a private bug so unless someone adds you to it, you won't be able to read it. These settings will be changing in the coming weeks.
