There are plural forms for n>1
Singular form for n=1
n=0 would be plural
An added note is that If a number is given
then the plural form is not needed explicitly
and one can use the singular form just as
well.
The plural form is usually just reserved for
creating sentences like
stones are hard. CDs are round.
