Ownership Change for Launchpad Turkish Translation Team

Hi,

I'm writing on behalf of the "Launchpad Translations Coordinators" [1] team, and I would like to ask a change of ownership for the Launchpad Turkish Translation team [2].

With other people, we tried to contact the actual owner of the team, Angel Spy [3], but after two weeks we didn't get an answer back. There are people that would like to translate into Turkish many Launchpad hosted open source projects, but they can't since it is impossible for them to join the team.

I would like the user "hearstmagic" [4] to be appointed as the new owner of the team.
