In Launchpad can translate many applications, but why himself Launchpad can not translated?

Im kind of new in this comunity, but Im an ubuntu user and I would like to contribute in Launchpad translation to spanish, what should I do?

Launchpad isn't yet ready to be translated, although it is a future goal that will happen at some point.

For now, I suggest you subscribe to the relevant Launchpad Blueprint so you can get information as this feature gets implemented:
