Does Launchpad have permalinks to files?

Does the links to the download of individual files in my branches change over time?

If I leave the link to the 'Downoload File' option of a file in my blog, can this link change over time? or is it a permalink?

Ok,

So for example, I have an image for a project, and I wish to display the image embedded in a blog.

The link to the file is this:
http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~neoteo/neoteoforo/electronica/view/head:/Imagenes_Proyectos/vlad/lauther_mbed04.JPG

But I cannot display the image with that link, I need to use this link:
http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~neoteo/neoteoforo/electronica/download/head:/lauther_mbed04.jpg-20111212231626-rcb8mr7z36l83fvi-7/lauther_mbed04.JPG

I got that link from [ (i) download file]. This works, BUT will it continue working in a month?

I mean, does the second link changes over time?

Because in other sites the link to the file changes, and the image is no longer display, the file is still there but the link is broken, Is Launchpad the same way?

I'm relatively certain both links will continue to work. Note that if you intend on hot-linking the image from another web site and said hot-linking causes significant load, we may revoke access.
