merging ~bicolao to ~pclouds

Hi,

I'm Duy, open source occasional contributor and long time Vietnamese translator. I usually use username pclouds. I used to have access to <email address hidden>, attached to ~pclouds, but this address is now unaccessible to me (unable to contact administrator). If you google, you may see both <email address hidden> and <email address hidden> point to the same person. This account ~pclouds was created automatically. By the time I registered to Launchpad (and no longer had access to @vnlinux.org), it was too late to retrieve it.

Could you please merge ~bicolao back to ~pclouds and change the attached to <email address hidden> (currently attached to ~bicolao)?

I have merged the pclouds account into bicolao. This should allow you to remove the unwanted email address as well as manage all aspects of the account from now on.

Please let us know if there is anything else we can do.
