LP couldn't connect to gnome bug tracker

Regarding this bug[1], it fails to connect to gnome bug tracker and to update bug status while the URL is correct.

I suspect this was a transient problem. I've reset the bug watch. An
attempt to check it should be made in the next 10-20 minutes. I'll
check back then.
