SVN import fails

The last 6 imports of the subversion branch failed, what can I do to fix that?

The remote repository contains invalid data, which isn't properly encoded and makes us unable to access all history.

"Remote branch broken: Unable to fetch revision info; first available revision: 108326"

Suggests that possible revision 108325 is bad and needs to be removed from the repo.

svn itself also falls over:
svn log -v --xml --with-all-revprops http://plugins.svn.wordpress.org/ -r108325
