Debian BTS bugwatch

Hi, working with bug #805886 i noticed that linking some debian-affected projects with Debian BTS bugwatch fails with BUG_NOT_FOUND.

I double-checked the links and they exists and are accessible..

LP complains with "Debian Bug tracker bug #631087 appears not to exist. Check that the bug number is correct."

Am i doing something wrong?
