Please change the owner of lp:~ubuntu-us-ga

Howdy, LP.

lp:~ubuntu-us-ga needs to have it's owner changed from John to David (lp:~matir).

lp:~ubuntu-us-ga is an Ubuntu LoCo team, which is maintained by the LoCo Council (lp:~ubuntu-lococouncil). I'm requesting this change on our behalf.
