Translation group request: Mahara

Hi,

I'd like to request a Translation group for the Mahara project.

The project itself is at https://launchpad.net/mahara, but we'd like the Translation group to be associated to a separate project we created for translation at https://launchpad.net/mahara-lang (this is just a work-around because we can't use the official mahara code branch for imports; our translations have a different format internally and are not presently stored on our main code branch).

Most of the existing translations for the project are maintained elsewhere, but we've already moved three translations to Launchpad at https://translations.launchpad.net/mahara-lang.

Some of our existing translators are very active, and some have expressed an interest in moving their translations to Launchpad. So we'd like to let these translators maintain control of their translations, and manage their own teams on Launchpad.

However, most languages have no existing translation (or an out of date translation), and we'd like to open these up to the Launchpad community.
