[spam report] bug comment spam remaining from deleted user jnq35

These comments should probably be deleted/hidden. There might be more as well--those are the ones that came up when I searched Launchpad for jnq35 and quero-jeannoel. (There were others posts by that user in other bugs too, but the others appear to have been legitimate, non-spam posts, which should be left alone.)
