How remove account from launchpad?

I've tried to migrate account from one email to another (old email is not available any more). But as result I've migrated account from login.launchpad.net but my launchpad.net account got locked and I can't do anything with it. Is anything can be done to restore the name at the launchpad.net (remove it at launchpad.net OR reassign it to migrated account at login.launchpad.net OR recover account at login.launchpad.net without old mailbox)?

Hello.

What is your locked launchpad.net account? I'm not sure what you mean by "locked" in this context.

Can you log into https://login.ubuntu.com/ with your old email/password, or have you lost the old password? If you can log in there, that might give us a good way forward.

I mean locked = after deactivation but deactivation only change the name...
