Delete project and recreate old PPA

Hello.

I've just returned to Launchpad (I deactivated my account a few weeks ago) and I want to clean it up.

Could you please delete an old project I had before I deactivated my account?

Also, could you please recreate my old PPA?

It had no packages in it but I want to add some in the future and I would like to use the old PPA name.

I deactivated https://launchpad.net/lanutil

I don't know how to recreate the old PPA, or even if it is possible. I'll see if I can get someone to answer this.

It's not possible to re-activate deleted PPAs, which the deletion page warns about. But it's very easy to make new ones.
