Create a project group for network-service project

Can I please have a project group for called network-service to hold all the network services for openstack? I have created a network service project and would like to create several projects underneath it.

'network-service' is a rather generic term, and we would be reluctant to create a project group by that name. Could you propose another name that is more suggestive of its OpenStack ties?

I'm talking to Rick Spencer in person. He suggested "netstack", since these things are outside openstack and it would be impolitic to call it openstack.

By Spencer, I meant Clark. Those keys are right next to each other.

I have created the netstack project group. Rick, you probably want to rename the existing network-service project to Quantum and associate it to the netstack project group. (You can do that from the project's edit screen).
