Cannot find bug 710026

I just posted a new bug, #739380.
I got an email saying that the bug is a duplicate of bug #710026, with the following link to this bug

The link don't works, pls fix this

The bug is private and it is reported to be NotFound where a few weeks ago you would have seen Forbidden. You can contact the project's bug supervisor team to ask if the bug can be made public of if you can be subscribed to it.

I also received the same email. My bug number is 741321 and it says it is a duplicate of bug #710026 which does not exist. It seems like this is a bug of launchpad.

It is intended, though I do not think the consequences were thought through.
