Distro

Asked by Ivo Nunes

Hello.

I'm working in a new Linux distro for which I've created a page at https://code.launchpad.net/genos

Now the Alpha is ready and I would like to upload it, however, if I try to add a file to the project it says there I can upload maximum 200MB. The problem is my .iso is 900MB large. Is there any way I can upload my file?

If there isn't, is there a way to make a download button in the page linking to an external download link?

Thanks in advance.

The 200MB limit is not enforced. You can try to upload the iso and it will succeed if the network connection between you and Lp remains stable and happens quickly.

You can also upload the iso to another server and set the release file pattern on https://launchpad.net/genos/trunk to locate it. That will also automatically create milestones and releases.
