User spamming bugs

A valid user seems to be spamming some bugs, an example is:

Please do NOT delete the account, he is a real contributor. I do not know the cause, but he should be asleep at the moment, and will surely help resolve it when he awakes.

I've suspended the account to stop more spam occuring. Still to do - spam cleanup, contact the user and help them clean the js compromise etc out. I am going to go sleep though, so this is over to the CHR.

There's nothing we can do about this if the spam is forging the From: address
to a valid LP account.

Other than add a better spam filter, that is.
