UTF8 problem in launchpad list archives

My community has a problem concerning to UTF8-encoded messages that appear on mailing list archive. How can we solve?
https://lists.launchpad.net/openerp-russian/msg00001.html must be in russian and not in waste symbols.

This is a bug in the MHonArc mail archiver.

I do not think so. MHonArc is unsupported software; I do not think there is a fix for this. We want to replace the archiver with modern software or even an external service.

Last bug in MHonArc was fixed 9 jan 2011 and the bug tracher for them is working. I've reported a bug for my problem there. And for now I've added a disclaimer to use http://<email address hidden>/ insted of lunchpad's own archive.
