Spammer on multiple bugs, request cleaning and account suspension

I contact ~peba and asked him to confirm he has taken control of his computer, browser, and email account.

~peba has made a good effort to get control of his account. He is working with his ISP because it appears the spammer is forging headers with his address. He is getting lots of undeliverable email.

The spam comments per the original posting have been hidden.
