please fix bug subscriptions for user jlgutisu3

Asked by Steve Langasek

user jlgutisu3 seems to have inadvertently gotten himself subscribed to all bug mail for one of the Ubuntu stable releases (though I'm not able to figure out which), and is now replying to all the mail asking people to speak in Spanish because he doesn't speak English, e.g.: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xserver-xorg-video-geode/+bug/625280/comments/13

Could someone remove his subscription, please? I would guide him how to unsubscribe, except I can't myself see where he is subscribed.

I've reassigned this to losas to remove him, but I'm digging to see if I can work out how he is subscribed.

Deryck can you explain how you discovered what he's subscribed to?
And hopefully point how how/where we can unsubscribe him?
I can't find anything in the UI that (so far) shows this information up, or provides a way for me to remove him.

Steve, at the moment you need to manually dig through the relevant contexts to find the relevant subscription. You will need to use SQL to delete the StructuralSubscription -- see https://wiki.canonical.com/InformationInfrastructure/OSA/LPHowTo/RemoveStructuralSubscription for examples.
